BAGATELL · CLASSIC LCD
Privacy Notice
Effective date: 21 October 2026. This notice covers Bagatell digital products, apps, watch faces, websites and related intellectual-property services.
Controller and contact
Tuff Pallets Kft., Örkényi út 13., 2750 Nagykőrös, Hungary, is the controller. Privacy contact: unlock@bagatell.hu.
Information we process
Depending on the service used, we process the six-digit installation identifier shown by a watch; email address and support-message content; purchase, fulfilment and anti-fraud data including payment transaction identifiers, payment status, product, amount, currency, date and issued unlock code; and limited technical and security information such as IP-derived logs, browser or device information, timestamps and cookie preferences. We do not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account details.
Sources, purpose and legal basis
Most information comes directly from you. Payment confirmation also comes from the payment provider after you authorise a payment. Installation ID and email are necessary to deliver an unlock code. We use data to perform the purchase contract, verify payment, prevent fraud or duplicate claims, provide support, secure and improve the service, and meet accounting and tax duties. Legal bases are contract performance, legal obligation, our legitimate interests in security and service continuity, and consent where required. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting and edge delivery; Resend provides transactional email; PayPal and, where selected, Stripe process payments; Billingo may be used to issue required business records. Each acts under its own applicable privacy terms or, where applicable, our documented instructions. A provider may process data outside the EEA; where required, an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard is used. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Purchase, billing and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Installation identifiers, transaction identifiers, fulfilment records and support correspondence are retained no longer than needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. Security logs and cookie choices are kept for proportionate, limited periods, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent. Contact unlock@bagatell.hu. You may complain to your local authority. In Hungary: National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, www.naih.hu.
Automated decisions, cookies, children and security
We do not use solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Technical payment and anti-fraud rules protect the service; you can ask us to review an outcome. We use essential cookies and limited technical storage for operation, security and saved choices; non-essential technologies require consent where law requires it. Our services are not directed to children who cannot lawfully make the relevant transaction. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service is entirely risk-free.
Intellectual property and changes
The website, applications, watch faces, unlock logic, code, artwork, names and related materials are protected intellectual property. This notice grants no licence. We may update it when our services, law or processing practices change; the current version and effective date are published here.
